Edmunds Brothers Stroman 1
Last week, Tim Settle announced that he will be leaving early for the 2018 NFL Draft while Ricky Walker announced that he will be returning for his senior season. Today, Terrell and Tremaine Edmunds announced their NFL Draft decisions. https://twitter.com/maine_savage23/status/951152330841509890 https://twitter.com/rell_island6/status/951151994198085632 Terrell and Tremaine Edmunds both announced today that they will be declaring for the NFL Draft, forgoing their final year of eligibility. Tremaine Edmunds was an All-ACC First Team linebacker who received some All-American recognition this past season while Terrell Edmunds was named to the All-ACC Third Team this year. Tremaine Edmunds was impressive this season with team highs in tackles (109), tackles for loss (14), sacks (5.5), and forced fumbles (3). Looking ahead to the spring, Edmunds is likely to be a first round pick who could push his way into the top half of the first round with a big NFL Combine. At 6'5'' and 250 pounds, Edmunds has a special combination of size, athleticism, and football IQ that NFL scouts are very excited about. Injuries cut Terrell Edmunds's season short, but he did have a very good season with 59 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, 2 interceptions, and 4 pass breakups. Edmunds projects as a strong safety at the next level who can follow the path of a Chuck Clark as a late round pick who earns a spot on a NFL roster next season as a versatile, backup DB who can also be a quality addition to any special teams unit.
