The Virginia Tech Hokies gave the #25 jersey to a former walk-on in Steven Peoples who received some time on offense and special teams. After announcing the #25 jersey wearer last week on the Thursday before game day, Justin Fuente has announced this week's #25 jersey once again two days before kickoff.

Redshirt junior linebacker Sean Huelskamp, another walk-on, will be wearing the #25 jersey in the Battle at Bristol against the 17th-ranked Tennessee Volunteers. Huelskamp started in place of Andrew Motuapuaka last season when Motuapuaka missed two games due to injury.
Huelskamp didn't play that much on special teams last season, but Huelskamp has always been a hard-working, tough linebacker that has clearly started to find a way on to the field via special teams.
Justin Fuente has done a great job with his jersey choices by rewarding two hard-working walk-ons in Steven Peoples and Sean Huelskamp with this honor for the first two games of the season.
