Virginia Tech baseball fans will witness many changes when the 2018 season gets underway. Along with the completion of major renovations to English Field at Union Park, there will be an updated ticket policy for baseball games. https://twitter.com/VT_Baseball/status/925437953509351426 All home ACC contests for the Hokies will now require tickets for entry. Non-conference games will still be free to the public, but games against conference opponents will cost $10 for adults and $5 for youth. Virginia Tech students, and children ages 2 and under are still able to attend all games for free. Fans will now also have the option to purchase season tickets to see the Hokies on the diamond. Season ticket prices are $90 for adults and $45 for youth. Season-ticket holders in the other three ticketed sports will have priority when it comes to ordering baseball tickets. The public will be able to purchase season tickets beginning January 10th, 2018. One of the biggest changes to the stadium for next season is the addition of private suites behind home plate. The suites will be located in the press box level, and include 12 outdoor seats and a furnished suite with a television and refrigerator. The private suites cost $12,500, which includes the cost of season tickets and a parking pass. Fans can also purchase a hospitality table for the season. The hospitality table tickets offer four chair-back seats at a table on the first base line. These tables cost $1,000 and include the cost of four season tickets. The Hokies' home opener for the 2018 season is February 27th against Radford.
