Cameron Roseman-Sinclair is one of Virginia Tech's top defensive targets in the 2020 class and after visiting VT for their home opener against William & Mary, the Charlotte DB made a return trip to Blacksburg last night. Roseman-Sinclair told us that Virginia Tech continues to lead in his recruitment after he had a "great" visit to Blacksburg and that he "just loved the environment." In addition, Roseman-Sinclair had this to say on Bud Foster's defensive philosophy. "I just love how their defense is being ran," Roseman-Sinclair said. Beyond the fact that the Hokies are leading, Roseman-Sinclair told us that Virginia Tech and Clemson are currently recruiting him the hardest with Clemson being the school that he feels could be the closest to offering him. One of the biggest advantages for the Hokies is that not only does Roseman-Sinclair have strong relationships with his area recruiter James Shibest along with building a solid relationship with new safeties coach Ty Nix. Since then, Roseman-Sinclair has built a fantastic relationship with Justin Fuente with Roseman-Sinclair adding this on his relationship with the Hokies' head coach. "It's a great relationship that I always feel like I can come to him about anything even outside of just football," Roseman-Sinclair said. Roseman-Sinclair will see the Hokies again next week when he takes a visit to North Carolina. Following that visit, the Charlotte DB will head to Clemson to visit the Tigers for their game against NC State. The Hokies first gained traction with Cameron Roseman-Sinclair largely because of his close friendship with VT commit and 2019 WR Elijah Bowick. Since, the Hokies have continued to make him a priority, and it's made a difference with VT taking the lead for Roseman-Sinclair at the beginning of the fall. In addition, the fact that he has made three trips to Blacksburg in less than three months is another great indication of his significant interest in VT. Virginia Tech remains in the lead for Cameron Roseman-Sinclair as the interest between the Hokies and the four-star DB continues to grow.
