2020 RB Blake Corum Set to Visit Virginia Tech Tomorrow

Entrance 3
While the focus at running back in 2019 is on elite tailback Devyn Ford, Virginia Tech has a few top targets in the 2020 class including Richmond area star Chris Tyree and talented D.C. area RB Blake Corum. Tomorrow, the Hokies will be hosting one of their top 2020 RB targets on an unofficial visit. https://twitter.com/blake_corum/status/981579224665518085 Blake Corum told us that he will be in Blacksburg for an unofficial visit. This visit comes two days after Corum was at Michigan State for an unofficial visit. This will be Corum's first visit to Blacksburg since he was in town for the Hokies' dramatic win over Pittsburgh. What is Corum hoping to see on his visit to Blacksburg tomorrow? "I want to see a great practice. I also want to hang with the coaches and build a better bond with them," Corum told us. This visit should give Blake Corum a great opportunity to not only see a VT practice but also spend some time with the coaching staff given the midweek nature of this visit. He has previously told us that he sees himself as a good fit in the Fuente offense as a RB who has the versatility to be effective in the running game and as a receiver, something he should see again on his visit tomorrow. All signs are that Corum is a top RB target in the 2020 class with Corum telling us that VT is among the four schools recruiting him the hardest along with Michigan State, South Carolina, and Pittsburgh. At this point, Corum does not have any visits scheduled beyond his visit to Blacksburg tomorrow.
