There's no doubt that now #11 Virginia Tech needed a big win to build their resume around after coming up just short against Iowa and struggling at LSU. The Hokies delivered that with a thrilling comeback victory over formerly undefeated #3 NC State 63-62 thanks to a 14-2 run to end the game capped off by a Liz Kitley game-winner with 0.9 seconds to go.
