Virginia Tech Football has sent out a good amount of new offers over the past week including one to 2028 four-star CB and current Penn State commit Deonte Flemings out of Erie. PA. The 6'3'', 190-pound cornerback was excited to receive an offer from the Hokies at a unique moment.
"It definitely was a little different because I was at the Ohio state visit and then I get a call from (Rashad Elby) so it was a blessing. It’s a privilege also," Flemings said.
Flemings received the offer during a phone conversation with VT front office staffer Rashad Elby and had this to say about how that conversation was as a whole.
