As #23 Virginia Tech returns home after a tough loss to top 6 North Carolina last Saturday in Chapel Hill, the Hokies are hoping to bounce back against Boston College and going with an interesting look to do so in.

The Hokies will be wearing their classic home maroon jerseys and white pants, but they'll also be wearing their white helmets for the first time in a home game this season. Tech also wore these white helmets last week, but will be hoping for much better results this time around.
Tech decided to give the jersey reveal honor to redshirt senior defensive end Emmanuel Belmar who has had a solid start to this season with 8 tackles including 3 sacks plus 2 QB hurries. His 3-sack game against Duke also helped him earn ACC Defensive Lineman of the Week honors.
The white helmets have become a favorite and should be a good look for the Hokies as they attempt to bounce back against Boston College. Of course, a loss could mean that if Tech players and coaches are very superstitious, we may not see those white helmets for a while.
