Keshon Artis has been one of Virginia Tech's top recruiting targets for over a year now. The talented Oscar Smith linebacker is one of the best recruits in the 757 this year with plenty of interest and offers from all over the country. Recently, Artis cut his list down to a final 3 of Virginia Tech, NC State, and UCF.
After taking official visits to VT and UCF, Artis has decided to make his commitment.
