After a few busy weeks full with loads of recruits visiting, Virginia Tech seems poised for a surge of commits in the coming weeks. That surge may have started today as three-star LB Tavorian Copeland committed to the Hokies.

Copeland chose the Hokies over offers from UVA, multiple Ivy League schools, and more. He is the fifth in-state commit for the Hokies this cycle joining three-star DE Jason Abbey, three-star ATH Takye Heath, three-star WR Marcell Baylor, and three-star OT Hannes Hammer. He is also the first LB commit for the Hokies in this class.
We will have more as this story develops.
