James Franklin is already busy at work as Virginia Tech's new head coach, building out both his staff and working on his first high school recruiting class in Blacksburg.
Franklin noted in an interview with Bill Roth and Mike Burnop that he already has eight recruiting/off-field staffers working with him on his first big recruiting weekend that's currently going on. While Franklin likely will overhaul most of the staff, there are several retention candidates that the Hokies have as well. Here's a look at some of the top staff retention candidates for James Franklin and Virginia Tech.
