James Franklin has had lots of success recruiting Virginia over the years when he was at Penn State and now at Virginia Tech. There's already signs that will continue in the Class of 2028 with the Hokies already among the early frontrunners for three-star DE Junious Clay out of a familiar pipeline school for the Hokies: Green Run HS in Virginia Beach.
