Virginia Tech offensive lineman Jahzari Priester will enter the transfer portal.
The redshirt junior played in all 12 games for the Hokies this past season, primarily on special teams. Prior to last year, he was a defensive line transfer from Hampton University, making the switch to the offensive line last spring.
During his time at Hampton, Priester played in 11 games and started in five of them for the Pirates, tallying 16 tackles and 2.5 for a loss along with two sacks.
Jahzari Priester will have three years of eligibility left at his new school, where he’ll presumably decide what side of the ball he’ll primarily play on.
