Throughout the course of the season, each uniform reveal usually consists of a video displaying a random Hokie football player wearing the jersey in preparation for the week’s matchup.
This week, they reverted to posting pictures of the uniform, a move that hasn’t been seen by Virginia Tech’s Twitter page this season.
The jersey for this week’s matchup against the #9 Hurricanes, the Hokies will be repping the maroon jersey with white pants, a traditional look for Virginia Tech home games. The helmet that the Hokies will be wearing will also be maroon.
It may be a little suspicious of why the Hokies decided to change up the way they present their jersey reveal after a difficult loss at home to #25 Liberty, but the change could be a sign of keeping their focus on this weekend’s matchup and attempting to get back in the win column to improve to 5-3.
