Reynolds was rated as a five-star recruit by 247Sports, and ranked the No. 27 overall recruit in the class of 2024 by On3 coming out of Cheshire Academy in Cheshire, Connecticut. A former prep quarterback, his transition to pass-catcher was accelerated with a 4.5-second 40-yard dash and 38-inch vertical, both of which helped earn him an invitation to the Under Armour All-American Game, as well as offers from just about every Power 4 program in America.
