Virginia Tech extended a few new offers this past week including one to 2022 defensive end Bradley Mann out of Jacksonville, Florida.
After a amazing conversation with @jcprice59 I’m beyond blessed to say I have earned an offer from Virginia Tech!#AGTG @Bolles_Football @DeshawnBrownInc @Alphasportsra @ChadSimmons_ pic.twitter.com/TR3rHyPVwZ

Mann had this to say about his reaction to receiving a Virginia Tech offer.
"I was shaking when I got off the phone I was beyond excited! Getting an offer from a school like Virginia Tech is like a dream come true!" Mann said.
Mann received the offer during a phone conversation with defensive line coach J.C. Price and had this to say about his reaction to receiving the offer.
"It was amazing, talked about the university and the coaching staff! It was great to hear and learn about Virginia Tech," Mann said.
He also told us that the Hokies hadn't shown much interest till J.C. Price had reached out and they had their phone conversation. So with that in mind, how did this offer impact Mann's recruitment and VT's standing in it?
"Receiving Virginia Tech is big time and it definitely is at the top of my list!" Mann said.
He had this to say about why the Hokies are at the "top" of his list.
"It’s a major powerhouse in the ACC and they have a really good business program," Mann said.
Mann only has 4 offers so far with Virginia Tech being his lone Power 5 offer, but he did tell us that Wake Forest is also showing lots of interest. Army, New Hampshire, and Illinois State have also offered with Mann hoping to visit VT plus having plans for trips to Army and "maybe" New Hampshire.
It wouldn't be surprising to see Mann's recruitment take off given that he had 9 sacks in only 6 games and has great size at 6'6'' and 260 pounds per 247 Sports. He did tell us that he had a minor knee injury during the season, but the return of camps this summer should help him out a lot to show that he is 100% healthy.
Keep an eye on Bradley Mann as Virginia Tech's latest defensive line offer shows their continued commitment to getting bigger in the trenches.
