The 5'11'' Anderson is ranked as the 66th best recruit in the 2026 class by ESPN.
She also earned MaxPreps Junior All-American Honorable Mention honors this past season after averaging 23.9 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.0 steals per game. In the process, she broke her high school's career scoring and rebounding records despite the fact that she is only a junior.
The Mill Creek, WA standout is a fascinating prospect who most likely projects on the wing for the Hokies with the scoring and rebounding ability to work at the three or even the four depending on her continued growth.
It's unclear which other schools are currently top contenders for Anderson, but it seems certain that she has lots of interest from around the country. Regardless, the Hokies clearly are a serious threat and will certainly be looking to see if they can seal the deal and land her on this visit or soon after.
