Virginia Tech had one of its most impressive single day recruiting performances in a long time this past Sunday as the Hokies landed three four-star recruits including four-star WR Cam Wade who recently moved from Kentucky to Northern Virginia’s Loudon Sports Academy. Wade chose the Hokies over a number of schools including Maryland, UCLA, and Florida State who were all serious contenders in his recruitment, especially Maryland and UCLA prior to his official visit this past weekend.
So why did Wade choose the Hokies? Here’s what he had to say.
“The relationship with the staff. They were a big factor in my final decision in choosing VT. They’re amazing,” Wade said.
