With the second half of spring practice in full swing, Virginia Tech is continuing to be busy hosting talented recruits though this week is a lot more heavy on non-2024 offered recruits.
There are a couple bigger names that aren't 2025 or future recruiting classes starting with transfer portal target CB Shon Stephens, a 2022 DII All-American. Stephens visited UCLA this past weekend and will be visiting Purdue the following weekend as his recruitment takes full shape following plenty of initial interest back in December when he originally entered.
Also set to be on campus is three-star ATH George Lovelace III out of Richmond powerhouse Highland Springs. Lovelace is an intriguing two-way prospect who has great size at 6'3'' to play either wide receiver or defensive back at the collegiate level.
There are plenty of big time 2025 recruits on campus this week with four-star TE Ryan Ghea kicking it off on Wednesday. That's followed on Thursday by one of Tech's likely top 2025 QB targets in 4* EJ Colson out of Georgia plus talented Richmond DL Samuel Cohen who looks like a top DL target for that cycle. A trio of offered 2026 recruits will also be on campus with OL Bear McWhorter having visited on Tuesday, ATH Markel Dabney coming on Thursday, and RB D'Antae Sheffey visiting on Saturday.
There are some intriguing potential offer candidates among these visitors including 2024 three-star C Noah Patterson (visisted Tuesday)and 2025 4* DT Bryce Jenkins (visiting Thursday).

An asterisk is next to the names of recruits who currently do not hold a VT offer.
