Since arriving in Blacksburg, Justin Fuente has made recruiting in the 757 a top priority. The Hokies have had a fair amount of success in the 757 under Fuente including gaining high-profile signatures from Devon Hunter and Keshon Artis.
Over the weekend, Virginia Tech offered one of the top 757 recruits in the 2020 class.

Virginia Tech offered 2020 757 ATH KeAndre Lambert out of Maury High School in Norfolk. The Hokies are Lambert's fifth offer and fourth from a power 5 program. Lambert received this offer while he was visiting the Hokies this weekend.
While it is early in his recruitment, the Hokies are likely to be a top contender as the high-profile in-state program. Virginia Tech also has an intriguing family connection as Lambert is the nephew of former VT star Kam Chancellor according to
247 Sports. That family connection can only be beneficial for VT in this recruiting battle especially given how the Hokies already have the additional in-state advantage.
Virginia Tech has made it clear that KeAndre Lambert will be a top priority in the 2020 class after offering him on a visit more than 20 months before his first possible Signing Day.
KeAndre Lambert's Offer List (According to 247 Sports)
