Virginia Tech has had a rough 0-2 start to the season, but they have a good chance to turn things around against Old Dominion in Lane Stadium. Meanwhile, the Monarchs played ranked Indiana tough earlier this season and will be certainly sensing blood in the water as they head to Blacksburg given VT's second half embarrassment last week.
So as we get set for VT-ODU, here's a look at the Hokies to watch for Saturday night's game.
RB Marcellous Hawkins
Hawkins, for the first time all season, has been listed as the outright starting running back on the depth chart that was released on Tuesday. Hawkins is also the Hokies' leading rusher on the season so far, with 87 yards on 3.8 yards per carry. However, the underlying numbers are stronger for Hawkins.
