Loaded Visitor List for Virginia Tech's January 28th Junior Day

Keylen Adams 3 June 2022 VT Visit

After hosting a talented group of recruits Monday night for their first of two elite junior days, Virginia Tech will turn around and host another group of talented recruits this Saturday surrounding VT's home basketball game against Syracuse.

The headline name above all else is four-star WR Keylen Adams who is one of Virginia Tech's top overall targets in the 2024 class. The Virginia Beach standout has taken visits to Penn State and Miami already in this month with those two plus the Hokies looking like serious contenders currently.

Four-star LB Gabriel Williams tweeted out recently that he'll be in town. However, the four-star LB is visiting Duke instead today based on his Instagram.

Four-star CB Troy Stevenson will also be in town for a Junior Day visit. Stevenson recently told us that Virginia Tech was among the schools currently standing out for him with safeties coach and South Carolina native Pierson Prioleau doing well recruiting the Charleston, SC standout.

It's a big weekend for Joe Rudolph with 2 major OL targets who Tech leads for on campus in interior OL Jake Wheelock out of Dayton, OH plus Roswell, GA OT Anthonie Knapp who has seen his offer list grow a ton lately. Three-star OT Eagan Boyer was originally on our list but he has told us that he is rescheduling his visit to March.

Three-star in-state ATH Daniel Coles will be on campus with the Hokies clearly a major contender there while recent TE offer Cameron Clark will also be on campus.

Talented 2025 Northern Virginia RB Jeffrey Overton Jr looks like a potential big time VA recruit in the next class and will be on campus. Fellow 2025 Northern Virginia RB Koven Smith will also be visiting and given the elite nature of this junior day, you wonder if Tech might offer him this weekend.

Talented Northern Virginia ATH Joshua Clarke has tweeted out that he will be visiting for Virginia Tech's Junior Day. Additionally, the Hokies are hosting JUCO DE James Jennette on an official visit this weekend.

The Hokies also hosted a pair of big time offensive linemen out of Washington D.C.'s St John's on Thursday and Friday (1/26-27) in four-star OL Jordan Seaton and 2025 four-star OL Jayvon McFadden.

Another big one on campus is 2025 four-star DE Ari Watford per his Instagram. Watford is arguably the top player in VA for 2025 with the Virginia Beach standout a clear top overall target for his class.

Just a reminder that this is the current running list of visitors we have. This is based on what recruits or sources have directly told us, what has been publicly posted on social media by recruits, or publicly shared by others. This list will be updated as more names pop up.
