Virginia Tech's most recent official visit weekend continues to prove fruitful as three-star OT Aidan Lynch has committed to the Hokies.
Lynch chose the Hokies over Georgia and Vanderbilt, where he had official visits scheduled, along with offers from Penn State, Michigan State, Pittsburgh, Nebraska, West Virginia, Stanford, and more.
He is the third player who visited this past official visit weekend to commit to the Hokies joining four-star LB Gabriel Williams and three-star DT Andrew Hanchuk. He is Tech's first commit from New Jersey this cycle and second OL commit along with three-star OL Tommy Ricard out of Ohio.
Lynch had plenty of Power 5 interest with this being a big recruiting victory for new OL coach Ron Crook. Additionally, Lynch was one of Crook's first offensive line offers after arriving at Blacksburg and was a clear priority target for Tech on the offensive line.
