Virginia Tech has had a late summer surge on the quarterback recruiting front that started with landing a commitment from 2027 three-star QB Ben Musser out of Georgia and ended with a commitment from three-star QB Cole Bergeron out of Louisiana. Bergeron emerged as the Hokies' top quarterback target in June with VT putting in a massive effort to land him over other interested schools including Georgia Tech and Colorado most notably.
So why did Bergeron choose the Hokies?
