Cortez Harris Credits Technical Development for His Success
Defensive end Cortez Harris has emerged as a productive contributor, crediting his improvement to a greater emphasis on technique.
Spencer explained that Harris previously relied heavily on his athleticism, sometimes overlooking fundamentals.
"I know you're an athlete, but you gotta focus on the technical stuff," Harris recalled Spencer telling him.
Harris said he began making significant progress following spring practice, spending additional time with Spencer to improve his technique and prepare for fall camp.
