Virginia Tech has sent out a few new offensive line offers recently including one to 2024 OL Isaac Cannizzaro out of Norcross, Georgia.

Cannizzaro has seen his recruitment explode recently receiving his first six offers just this week from the Hokies, Kentucky, Missouri, Maryland, JMU, and Troy. He had this to say about his reaction to receiving an offer from Virginia Tech.
"I was very excited because I always watch them play," Cannizzaro said.
Cannizzaro is a fascinating prospect who size-wise likely fits more on the interior offensive line where the Hokies are definitely continuing to do some evaluations with three-star German Mortiz Schmoranzer and fellow Georgian Kahlil House being the notable uncommitted targets for Tech at the moment.
He had this to say about the strengths and weaknesses of his game which are heavily built around the mental side of his game, and have helped him emerge as a legit Power 5 OL prospect.
"I think my biggest strength is that I'm a leader on and off the field. My weakness is I can't get over a loss," Cannizzaro said.
So how did this offer impact his recruitment and where Virginia Tech stands in it?
"I think it will help my recruitment a lot. I haven't done much consideration but VT is definitely somewhere at the top," Cannizzaro said.
He added this to say on why the Hokies are "somewhere at the top" of his recruitment.
"I love how they play, it's exciting to watch," Cannizzaro said.
Virginia Tech has put themselves immediately in the hunt as Isaac Cannizzaro has become one of the fastest emerging offensive lineman in the Southeast.
