One reason for Midget's optimism is having Reddish back to full strength after he was fully cleared in April. Reddish's recovery, as relieving as it may be to his coaches, took its toll in more ways than one. When he returned to the team, he was 174 pounds, down almost 20 pounds from his pre-injury weight. Thanks to strength coach Chuck Losey's weightlifting regimen, Reddish said, he was able to return to his previous weight and then some. Reddish also gave credit to his Chipotle order—double rice, double beans, double chicken—for helping him pack on mass.
