Among the notable recruits who recently visited for Virginia Tech's Spring Game was 2025 DB Remington Moss out of Saint Michael Catholic High School in Fredericksburg, VA. Moss is currently ranked as the 8th best 2025 recruit in Virginia by Rivals and had this to say about how his Spring Game visit went.
"It was great, I loved the spring game and the fans really showed out," Moss said.
He expanded on why this was a "great" visit for him.
"I love the atmosphere of Tech. I feel like the coaches and fans are very dedicated to improving and taking little steps at a time to get where they need to be," Moss said.
During his visit to Blacksburg, Moss and his dad got to spend some time together with the coaches and watching the Spring Game. Among the coaches, he spent the most time with nickels/sam LBs coach Shawn Quinn who is the area recruiter for the Fredericksburg area.
He had this to say about his time with Quinn.
"It was good. It’s easy to talk to (Shawn) Quinn because he always brings a good vibe," Moss said.
Moss has emerged as one of the best defensive recruits in the 2025 class which shows with his offer list that already includes double-digit Power 5 programs.

"It really just made me like them more especially since I've been up there a couple times," Moss said.
