After taking a look at Virginia Tech’s 2024 offensive breakout candidates earlier this summer, we’re taking a look today at the defensive breakout candidates for the Hokies.
This is a defense that returns a lot of talent, but also has room for plenty of younger talent to step up. There are also some older guys who have shown flashes of potential, but could be poised to become consistent playmakers and All-ACC honorees this fall.
So with that said, here’s a look at my defensive breakout candidates for the Hokies.
