The Virginia Tech Hokies signed 15 high school recruits today to go with their three transfer additions (Aeneas Peebles, Montavious Cunningham, Sam Brumfield) and JUCO DL Kemari Copeland. The size of this class has limited how high Virginia Tech could rise in the recruiting rankings, but these recruits are highly-rated overall, giving Tech the fourth-highest average in the ACC per the 247 Sports Composite and On3's Industry ranking metric.
