On Sunday evening, the Virginia Tech Men’s Basketball Team recovered from two straight losses to take down the Louisville Cardinals 75-68 in their first ACC game of the season.
After a rough first 18 minutes, the Hokies went on a run to end the first half and cut the deficit to just one point. They continued this run into the start of the second half to finally claim the lead, and closed out the game in the final minute. While this was far from a perfect game for the Hokies, there were some encouraging signs that the Hokie Faithful should be hopeful will continue in the future. Here are my three main takeaways from the Louisville game on Sunday.
