Virginia Tech Wrestling has already made one addition via the transfer portal in Maryland standout Ethen Miller, who will be an instant high-level starter at 157 pounds following the departure of ACC champion Rafael Hipolito. However, the Hokies aren't done yet inn the transfer portal with two top targets emerging.
