Despite the fact that college basketball's postseason play is just getting started, the transfer portal is also open for some reason. Understandably, Virginia Tech is already getting busy in the portal, along with most schools whether their seasons are still going on or not. That includes Tech showing interest in one of the top freshman transfers available.
