Virginia Tech added some more depth to their quarterback room during the spring transfer portal window in Oklahoma State QB transfer Garret Rangel.
During his three seasons in Stillwater, Rangel made multiple starts and threw for 1,075 yards with eight touchdowns and seven interceptions while showing lots of potential amidst the inconsistent playing time that he received.
