Bullock was at Virginia Tech for 2 seasons making only one appearance in the 2021 Pinstripe Bowl vs Maryland where he went 2-4 for 27 passing yards and had 6 carries for 14 rushing yards. He will have three years of eligibility remaining.
Bullock is the third Hokie to enter the transfer portal this spring along with RB Kenji Christian and CB Elijah Howard while LB J.R. Walker chose to step away from football during the spring.
Bullock was an intriguing QB prospect when he arrived at Virginia Tech given his size, arm talent, and athletic traits. However, he was a fairly raw talent who was never able to fully put it together during his time in Blacksburg and has appeared to fall behind younger QBs on the depth chart including redshirt freshman Devin Farrell and true freshman William Watson III.
We will have more as this story develops.
