Virginia Tech is in a great spot at cornerback for 2024 with Dorian Strong and Mansoor Delane back to lead the way. It’s also easy to envision Strong and Delane having big seasons and then both entering the NFL Draft to be picked on the first two days of the draft.
Now the Hokies do have some talented young cornerbacks in Dante Lovett and Braylon Johnson who could be ready to lead the way at a high level at CB in 2025. However, the Hokies are also looking at adding in some more talented players who could compete for the starting job then including standout JUCO CB Shannon Blair.
