Virginia Tech announced that they will be without two of their three starting receivers this week against Miami. https://twitter.com/VT_Football/status/1063887758060658689 Eric Kumah and Hezekiah Grimsley are both out for the Hokies in their game against Miami. The specifics of their injuries are unknown at this time. Based on the depth chart and reps during previous games, Tre Turner and Sean Savoy seem likely to fill their roles while Phil Patterson will likely see an increased amount of playing time. Kumah and Grimsley are second and third on the Hokies in receptions and receiving yards with Kumah having 34 receptions for 437 yards and 5 TDs, and Grimsley having 25 catches for 279 yards. Kumah had a particularly strong performance last week earning one of our two Hokie of the Game honors against Pittsburgh.
