Virginia Tech made some noise this week on the transfer portal front, landing a commitment from Delaware PG Izaiah Pasha who was the 2024-25 CAA Rookie of the Year. Pasha chose the Hokies over tons of major conference interest including Penn State, Texas Tech, Gonzaga, and more.
So why did Pasha choose the Hokies? Here’s what he had to say about why.
“They checked all the boxes: fit, trust, development on the court and in the weight room, opportunity, and I was a priority to them,” Pasha said.
