This year's Duke's Mayo Bowl will give plenty of freshmen who redshirted this past season the opportunity to make their collegiate debuts or at least receive significant snaps for the first time. Two players for Virginia Tech who fans are excited to see in particular are former four-star recruits and freshman wide receivers Keylen Adams and Chanz Wiggins who played a combined 14 offensive snaps this past season for VT.
That excitement extends beyond fans to coaches and players included Brent Pry, who spotlighted both Adams and Wiggins as freshmen he believes are more prepared than fans may realize.
