Virginia Tech announced today that longtime defensive line coach Charley Wiles will not bee returning to Tech's coaching staff for 2020. He will also not be coaching in the Belk Bowl for the Hokies.
Wiles has been the Hokies' defensive line coach since 1996 after spending six seasons at Murray State, working his way up to co-defensive coordinator. Wiles has coached and developed plenty of talented defensive linemen from Corey Moore and John Engelberger to Tim Settle and Ricky Walker.
