Based upon James Franklin’s offenses at Penn State, I expect the Hokies to run a modernized spread offense. Franklin typically likes to stay in 11 personnel, though depending on down and yardage would sometimes bring a second or third tight end on the field to help with blocking; usually added to the end of the offensive line or sometimes as a ‘fullback.'
