Virginia Tech continues to be busy sending out new transfer offers including one to New Mexico S Christian Ellis, a 2024 All-Mountain West Honorable Mention selection.
Ellis, a Jacksonville native, had this to say about his reaction to receiving a Virginia Tech offer.
"I was ecstatic. This is a great situation. Lots of people from Jacksonville go to Virginia Tech and ball out like Chamarri Connor," Ellis said.
Ellis received the offer during a phone conversation with safeties coach Pierson Prioleau. He had this to say about how that conversation went and what Prioleau's message was for him.
