2026 three-star RB Darren Williams out of Henrico HS in Richmond was among the most notable visitors for Virginia Tech's 21-6 victory over Georgia Tech. This was his first gameday visit to Blacksburg, with his trip going quite well as he shared with us.
"It was great. It was my first gameday visit and I loved everything about it," Williams said.
The 5'8'', 187-pound RB had this to say about what made this a great visit for him.
"The atmosphere, I heard about how loud the stadium can be but I didn’t think it would be like that, probably the loudest and most active place I’ve ever been," Williams said.
