Virginia Tech currently only has two high school commitments from offensive lineman in three-star OT Carter Stallard of Christiansburg, VA and three-star OL Nathaniel Wright of Woodbridge, VA. To take a high school offensive line class that small even in the transfer portal era would likely be unwise at best, making a third addition to the class likely even if the board of uncommitted offensive lineman has gotten very thin.
However, there is a new name to watch who has emerged after impressing the Hokies' coaching staff on a camp visit last month.
