The first year of the Megan Duffy era was a success overall given the circumstances after the Hokies suffered some major departures via graduation and transfers last offseason. The Hokies barely missed the NCAA Tournament while finishing in the top half of the ACC, seeing their season end this past Sunday in the second round of the WBIT.
Since then, the Hokies have lost a trio of players to the transfer portal including starting guard Lani White along with backup bigs Ramiya White and Myah Hazelton.
