Virginia Tech continues to revamp its wide receiver room, this time with the addition of Penn State’s Tyseer Denmark.
He is the fourth WR to join the Hokies via the portal alongside Penn State’s Jeff Exinor Jr., Duke’s Que’Sean Brown, and Louisiana Tech’s Marlion Jackson.
Denmark is the twelfth Penn State transfer to follow James Franklin to Virginia Tech. He joins DL Daniel Jennings, DEs Cortez Harris and Mylachi Williams, DT Randy Adirika, LB Keon Wylie, WR Jeff Exinor Jr., TEs Luke Reynolds and Matt Henderson, OL Michael Troutman III, and QB Ethan Grunkemeyer.
The redshirt freshman, who played limited snaps during his two years at Penn State, caught four passes for 45 yards and a touchdown.
He’ll have three years of eligibility remaining.
